Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.
- Open RoadMate and sign in.
- Go to
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. - Confirm your password when prompted, then confirm deletion.
Option 2 — Request deletion here, without opening the app
If you've lost access to the app or would rather not sign in, send an email requesting deletion. This works even if you never installed the app on your current device.
Please send the request from the email address registered on your RoadMate account, and tell us whether the account is a Driver or Mechanic account. We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What gets deleted

| Saved locations and live location | Permanently deleted |
| Chat messages | Permanently deleted |
| Login credentials | Permanently deleted — you can no longer sign in |
| Completed job / commission records required for financial record-keeping | Kept, but anonymised so they can no longer be linked to you |
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If a mechanic account has an outstanding wallet
balance, resolve it with us before requesting deletion.
